Rental Terms & Conditions

A website enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. The booking becomes confirmed only after availability, dates, quantity, price, deposit and pickup arrangements are accepted in writing. The rental period begins and ends at the agreed times.

A refundable security deposit may be required. The renter is responsible for reasonable care, dry and secure storage, lawful use and returning every included item. Normal wear is expected; repair or replacement costs may apply to avoidable damage, loss or theft.

Late returns can affect the next traveller and may incur additional daily charges. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with the booking. Contact the team as soon as plans change so that practical alternatives can be considered.

Equipment must not be used illegally, transferred to another party, deliberately modified or used beyond its intended limits. The renter remains responsible for route planning, weather checks, local permissions and personal safety.
